VISA

We aim to ensure a smooth travel and stay experience for all international attendees. Below is essential information on obtaining a Chinese visa and submitting accessibility preferences in advance.

Visa Requirements

Most international attendees will need a Tourist (L) Visa or a Business (M) Visa to enter China. Please consult your local Chinese embassy or consulate for the latest requirements. Please note, the visa application should be submitted to your local Chinese Embassy directly. The conference committee does not deal with your visa.

We strongly recommend applying for your visa at least 4 - 6 weeks in advance.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

The organizing committee provides official invitation letters upon request.

To request a letter, please email to susaa@susaa.org.cn, and include:

    • Your full name (as on passport), affiliation, title of your presentation (if applicable), passport number, and country of residence.

Note: The letter will not replace official visa documents required by your consulate.

If you have any other questions, please contact the conference organizing team at susaa@susaa.org.cn for assistance. We wish you a pleasant and joyful trip to China.
